Catholic Central High School is a private high school for grades 9-12. We are located in Burlington, WI. on the western border of Racine County. We are a high school for several member parish schools such as St. Mary's in Burlington, St. Charles in Burlington, St. Francis DeSales in Lake Geneva, Providence in Bristol, St. Patrick's in Elkhorn, St. Peter's in East Troy, St. Thomas in Waterford, St. Andrew's in Delevan, and St. Alphonsus in New Munster.

Catholic Central offers a college prep as well as a general curriculum.  More than 92% of the graduated classes went on to further education. The athletic program has produced more than its share of state championships in football, baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball and wrestling.  Over 95% of the student body are involved in the numerous extra-curricular activities offered at the school.
