  • The Common Application is a nationally known form used for college admittance. Before applying, make sure the college or university requires this as their own application. Applicants must either fill in their applications manually or electronically; there is no switching back and forth for their portion of the application. Outside references can fill out their applications manually or electronically.
  • This link will allow you to access a college/university application for any of the 20 private schools in Wisonsin. You will need to create an account to access the application(s).
  • This is Wisconsin's statewide application for all UW schools. Make sure to print out the counselor recommendation form when applying. Turn in that form along with a stamp, letters of recommendation if need be, and payment if not done so online. Happy applying!
